RAC and Virtualization

Hi,

I am looking for some discussion / insight into the need for RAC in lieu of visualization

Is is true that the advent of visualization could mean an end to RAC?

What are the benefits of RAC that virtual  environment cannot match .. What would make RAC a very strong candidate that virtualization cannot match

In the last, would virtualizing RAC is an over kill? In what situation would we think about putting RAC in a virtual environemnt? Virtualization makes sense for stand alone database but would that as useful for RAC as
well?
