Suggested buyer is not valid buyer or worker

We have upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3.

1. When we process a discrete job order and release the OSP, the import requisition program does not create the requisition in R12.1.3. Instead, it errors out in the requisitions interface. The requisitions exception report shows the error against the transaction id that the suggested buyer is not valid buyer or worker.

Upon further analyzing the issue it was found that at the IMO and IO level the items had a different buyer id (buyer name) where as the jobs were being released by another buyer. Therefore, I first blanked out the buyer name from the item at the IMO and IO level.
