Issues with running collections

 Hi,
I am running collections from a decentralized source instance and only sales orders and forecasts get collected. Purchase orders, purchase reqs, internal reqs, work orders do not get collected - NONE of them.

Has this issue happened to someone else? What could be the possible cause? we have a Sev 1 SR open but no solution offered from Oracle yet in 25+ days. Looking for any input or if someone has experienced this same issue before.
