Mass Transfer Execution Report differs from Actual execution.

Customer ran a Mass Transfer seemingly successfully.
The mass transfer preview report had Thousands of assets listed - which would be accurate!.  The actual execution report only said 800.  So it appears that thousands did not happen.

Is there an issue with this report sometimes?  The actual Mass_Transfers_Execution_Report .

Customer question:

1.       What does it mean by 800 successes on execution report? It is number of assets? If so, why preview report shows 7,835 assets but execution report shows 800 successes without failures. Then what happens to other assets?
