Intercompany

Hi,

My requirement is I want to sell my software to my subsidiary company in say Canada. I want to do Intercompany but my software product is non-shippable as all I have to do is give them the license key by email.

So there is no inventory or shipping involved but would like to create  AR invoice on my subsidiary company as Intercompany with special price.

By Business  definition this is an Intercompany so I want the same in the system. How do I use Bill only flow for Intercompany?

I need AR and AP transactions to be generated in this sale.
