While SSL setup not able to open OWM(Oracle wallet manager.

Hello,

We are trying to do SSL set up for that we have to create wallet but in my EBS r12.1.3 i am not able to open it using xmanager everything is good display is fine but still we are nor getting  GUI please help me.
