11.5.10 Treasury basic setup example

Dear All
I am new at Oracle treasury hence I was wondering if you can share with me any setup about

1.-Cash Leveling and Cash Position and Cash Pool
2.-intercompany transactions
3.-Forward and swaps transactions

We have an outsourcing service for cash leveling through citi bank, what will be the advantage to do it in treasury
