Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Just want to ask what is the standard formula in getting the Capital Interest of the Project.

I have to get the Capital Interest for further investigation of the issue i have encountered in Project,
