Using Patch Wizard To View Recommended Patches for Oracle Projects. See Note 1311075.1

 As a part of our proactive efforts, we would like to promote wider use of recommended patches (which resolve and prevent quite a lot of SRs) and encourage using Patch Wizard utility to identify and resolve vulnerabilities which can severely hamper user experience.
