Issue with Tasks Menu

 Hi,
I have created task and added it to Menu, when we click on new task as expected it is opening web page but its not with the right path.   Urrl is having some junk values due to this unable to get the right link.

Junk value is "/IndustrialSector–VehicleGroupIT/" instead of "/IndustrialSector%E2%80%93VehicleGroupIT/"

Can you please let me know why it is happening.  how to prevent this.
