Need Help - Entering Bugets by Resource Grade with different rate applicable

Hi,

I need some help from a Project Expert to find out the following.

I am creating a plan type for an Approved Cost Budget in Oracle Projects Management module.

I enter the budget lines and I can see that gives the option to enter the lines by Resource Class, in my case I am using Resource Class 'People'.

I have defined a rate schedule for the Resource Class so when entering the budget is using the rate defined for the Resource Class 'People'.

BUT this functionality doesn't fit my requirement because I want to enter the budget per employee grade so that I can enter the budget like below:
