We have recently upgraded from 8.1.1.3 SEA to 8.1.1.9 SIA.  In SEA, the user was able to type in an address for an account and step off the record to save it whether the address already existed or not.  In SIA, when we type in the address for an Account and it already exists in the MVG Applet then we try to save it;  it throws the error SBL-DAT-00381 an identical record already exists.  To get out of this you need to undo the record.  If the address doesn't already exist we are able to save the record as expected.
