R12.1.1 : packages ARP_XLA_EXTRACT_MAIN_PKG invalid PLS-00357: Table,View Or Sequence reference 'AR_

hello,

after patching in test instance we have the ackage  ARP_XLA_EXTRACT_MAIN_PKG invalid
 invalid, several notes found here suggests to install patch 10047351, but this have some prereq (9449218, 9172279) that can be applied only on top of 12.1.2, how to solve without upgrading to 12.1.2?
