PROACTIVE HOWTO How to solve XLIFFLoader failures during patch

Created this thread to provide the steps needed to solve XLIFFImporter.class failing during patch.

Everybody is welcome to input new advises.

In patch log you will see errors like:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker #.
FAILED: file XLIFFLoader.class on worker #.
