Rebuild Approval Hierarchy in iProcurement using AME

Hello Everyone,
Is there anyway to rebuild the approval hierarchy after approver modify the charge account mentioned on Requisition using AME ? Our approval hierarchy is based on department listed on charge account. What if approver what to change the department and direct the requisition to right set of approvers.

I know it is possible if you are not using AME.

Just wondering if AME has any restriction. We are currently on 12.1.1.
