Oracle 11g Character Set Issue

1. We have Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.0.3.0) installed on Server machine having operating system as Oracle Enterprise Linux v4.7.(x64). This is the source machine from where database extract is to be taken using oracle data pump. The Oracle character set parameter on this machine is WE8ISO8859P1. 2. We have another Server machine (Target machine) having Oracle 11g R2 (11.2.0.3.0) installed on it. The O.S of this machine is Windows Server R2 2008 Standard. The character set value is AL32UTF8. This is the machine where database has to be imported from source machine (described in point 1).3. Our concern is that we are facing following oracle errors will trying to import the database on target machine:
