How Can Deployed Agent Name In The OMS Be Changed In 12.1.0.2.0 ?

I mistakenly deployed an agent using the default port then switched it to match all other agent ports, yet now the OMS displays it with the port used during the install:

<agent> : <default-port>

How do I change the OMS displayed name to match all other agents?
