Interface Burden to General Ledger in Rel 12

I created burden for just one project and used an expenditure item date.  Now I want to interface just those created to GL.  I do not see a request to do that.  If I run the streamline option DXBC, it creates, distributes and interfaces the burden entries for ALL projects.

Also can someone explain the difference between Burden Cost and Total Burdened Cost options?
