how to fix teh JBO-27122 error?

Hi all,
When I used 'Internet expenses audit' responsibility to audit an expense report,  then I see an error JBO-27122.
Steps to reproduce.- Go to expenses audit repsonsibility-> search for Expense report. then I see this attached error.

What is reason behind this error and how can I fix this.
