Using More4Apps to upload projects/tasks to Oracle PA module

Currently using More4Apps to upload projects / tasks to Oracle Projects. Not unusual to have 2000 - 4000 tasks on one of the projects. More4Apps is causing a system performance issue with the Oracle EBS. We also use it to update the tasks for the projects.

Anyone else using More4Apps and having system performance issues? I'm open for any other solutions out there?
