Best practice for accounts to run install and run oracle and an oracle standy database

ie Local SYSTEM, Local administrator, or Domain Administrator.

Secondly  (background):

standby software installed by local administrator.  Primary software also.  Primary DB running as Local SYSTEM.   Rman writing to network share.    Network drive for flash recovery area is being 'shared' read/write with a local administrator -- but rman doesn't work automatically (local system)?  However the archive logs are being writen to the network share...

Also I believe I read somewhere that if the DB service is a domain admin, then the installer of the oracle software should be a member of that domain (however that does not seem to be the case at the moment).
