Bi Publisher Bursting error

Hi,

In my bursting file,i have email content in different characters like "Adjunto encontrará la cotización que solicitó. Some thing in different language not the english characters.

Once i run my report ,my report is errored out and log is as below.And if i change the character á to a or ó to o,it is working fine.Please help me with some solution
