OSM 7.03 patch release fixes

 While reviewing the list of fixes for the OSM 7.03 22 patch release, the Readme docuement categorizes the items into components. Since we wish to upgrade the OSM app but not the PIP ( due to customizations) which components below refer to fixes contained in the PIP only verses the OSM application?
