Ledger PA Commitments

Hi

I whish to know if there is a way that the system uses the APYC field in calculations of amounts commited  (Ledger PA).

I have records in two fiscal years (12, 13) of ledger PA, but to calculate the available budget (in FY 13)  I see that the system only takes the amounts of periods AN01,... AN14 regardless the APYC field that is the amount committed of previous year.
