contract termination immediately

hi,

just wondering if you have heard of this scenario from other customers.

i am finding that alot of my service agreements are terminated on the same day that they are created.

i have looked into several and cannot seem to determine why the contract is being terminated as there is no transaction placed against that specific SN.

Any ideas what this could be? i can't log a SR because this cannot be replicated as we are finidng that the contracts are terminated after the fact when our cusotmers report it.
