Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Like to get the Clarification on the following point for the 'Supply Chain cost rollup' process

1. Wheter it is mandatory that an item should have a Sourcing rule for the Supply Chain cost rollup Process for rolling up cost

2. Is there any document reference available to find the sourcing rule validations for Supply Chain cost rollup Process
