Will Oracle EBS SSHR work on an iPad?

Hi,

My question - Will Oracle EBS SSHR work on an iPad?

A customer is implementing Manager Self-Service. Would like to know if Oracle EBS Self-Service can be accessed on an iPad or any other Tab?
If yes, what is the version of EBS required, and what is the best browser to access the application? 

Actions that managers would like to take
- All manager self-service actions
- Workflow related actions
- Notifications
