Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Difference between Oracle Field Service / Laptop and Oracle Mobile Field Service

Hi,

There two responsibilities related to mobile field service. I would like to know the difference between them.

What difference it will make if I set the profile 'ASG: Enable Mobile User' at 'Oracle Field Service / Laptop' and at 'Oracle Mobile Field Service'.

Also, there is one more responsibility 'Mobile Field Service User'.

Could someone explain the difference between all the three responsibilities.

For ease of reference I'm listing all the three responsibilities below

Oracle Field Service / Laptop
Oracle Mobile Field Service
Mobile Field Service User
