The ship-to Field should be made mandatory in the auto create form

Hi,

Issue in R12 Purchasing Autocreate form.
when i open the form in R12
Purchasing --> Autocreate
1)The buyer field should be automatically populated by my login name(assuming my login name is already setup as a buyer) and when i click on the clear button, it should empty the Buyer field.
2)The ship-to Field should be made mandatory in the auto create form

However its not happening in R12.
