Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Best method of applying product patches while upgrading to R12.1.3

Please let me know the best method from below two options for upgrading from 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.3

Options: 1

1. Upgrade to R12.1.1

2. Apply product patches

3. Upgrade to R12.1.3

Option: 2

1. Upgrade to R12.1.1

2. Upgrade to R12.1.3

3. Apply product patches
