custom automated task not getting executed in OracleComms_OSM_O2A_COM_Billing catridge

Hi,
We are using OSM 7.2.0. Using the OOTB o2a ctarisges we are trying to implement the Billing functionality. We have unsealed the catridge OracleComms_OSM_O2A_COM_Billing for our requirement. In the catridge we have created a new automated task SetStatusDeviceTask and included the same in the process FulfillBillingSubProcess after the task FulfillBillingSITask. But, while firing the order we are getting the below error in the logs when the billing functionality is getting executed.
Is it possible to include custom automated tasks in COM sealed catridges such as the OracleComms_OSM_O2A_COM_Billing? Are any extra configurations needed? Please suggest on priority.
