Upgrade to R12.1.3 : patch 9239089 is not updating the level R12.AD.B.delta.3

Hi,

we are in a process of upgrading EBS-12.1.1 to EBS-12.1.3, during this process we have already upgraded the database from R11.1.0.7 to R11.2.0.3 and applying application patches in the following sequence
Patch 9239089 (R12.AD.B.DELTA.3)
Patch 9239090 (R12.1.3 update)
Patch 9817770 (POST-R12.ATG_PF.B.DELTA.3)
Patch 9966055 (R12.FND.B [TRANSLATED VERSION OF FNDSCSGN NOT LAUNCHED])

However, we have found that after applying the Patch 9239089, the patch level is not changed and still it is R12.AD.B.3 , but as per the read me, it should be R12.AD.B.delta.3 .
