Issue with Freight line code

 Hello All,

I am having a issue with  the Freight line on invoice received tax code EC Goods instead of EC Serv ?
and the MISC item got tax code EC Serv when it should get goods that shipped ?
In order management the tax code appears automatically on the item level.

Please share your suggestions.
