Update Employee Assignment details for Saudi with an API

Hi All,
I am working on Saudi Legislation code. I have requirement to update Employees Assignment details for Saudi.
I tried with the API hr_sa_assignment_api, getting error message as

Please help me if I am using the correct API name or provide me if anybody having code.
