Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. recover move from slot to cap

Whenever I attempt to move a MVC from a slot to a CAP with the rcvrmove function under diagnostics in SLC , I receive the following error:

Invalid response received from library for the request.

Error:CAP in use by another requestor,cap=1,2,39,1,1,cartridgeInSource=true
