AIP: Store Commodity Prevent Release

Hi all,

I'm looking to this measure called "Store Commodity Prevent Release" and considering its description it is supposed to prevent the release of orders at the Store level. However, when I look for where it impacts in the calculations I'm not finding it.
My guess is that this measure is some kind of "garbage" that is being passed from version to version. Does anybody know more about this measure?
