Receiving through workflow failure

Hi,

We're experiencing multiple issues with receiving through workflow.  There are more and more coming up daily that I can't get my mind around it.  Basically, there are multiple users in the organization that cannot receive orders through workflow. 

 Some of them get a receipt, but the items are not showing as recieved in Purchasing.  In this case, the Sys Admin recieves an error email with the following error:  Error Message = ORA-01843: not a valid month

There is another scenario where the user is trying to recieve a forwarded receiving notification but gets an error notification back:

The Confirm Receipts workflow failed to process the receipts due to validation errors in the receiving transaction records: &FAILURE_MSG_TOKEN
