Item Shipped with incorrect IB Trackable Flag. How to Fix

 We have a few items that got shipped in 2012 with  IB trackable Flag=N when it should have been Y. These were serialized items. How do we correct them? What are the options?I can think of returning and then reshipping. Is there any other way that an instance can be created?
