Removing "Old" Reach Specifications

This is a question relative to PG&C module. We are currently using A9312 and have been using Agile to manage compliance for a while now. As everyone knows Reach keeps adding SVHCs periodically and what we have done (right or wrong) is create new Reach specifications with the additional SVHCs. We have nine versions of Reach specs in the system. The problem we have now is that there are too many specs in the system and the database has gotten too big. We would like to delete some of the older Reach Specifications. I know that  A932 has Specification management
