One Time Override/Arrearage

Hello:

 

I am having trouble finding information specifically on one time overrides and Arrearage. We have a deduction code that will be entered as a one time override and there may not be enough earnings to take the deduction after taxes are taken. We want this deduction to arrear and not go into advance deduct status. Is this possible?
