OTL: Employees Work 36 hours and Paid for 40 hours

edited May 13, 2013 3:56AM in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

I have the following scenerio:

-5th and and 6th shift work 12 hours a day Friday-Sunday which equals a weekly total hours of 36.  If an employee works 36 hours, they are paid for 40.  Overtime starts after 36 hours.  In some cases (for temporary employees) the employee must work those 36 hours within Friday-Sunday or they do not receive the 4-hour differential.  Even if this employee meets the criteria within the week, they will not receive the differential if the hours are not worked during those days

Is there anyway to accomplish this within OTL.  My assumption is the 4 hour differential is awarded upon the 36 hour completion.

Howdy, Stranger!
