SEPA in R 12

Has anyone gone live with SEPA using standard functionality in R12?  I'm on R12.1.3, but I think the XLS transformation files are similar for R12.0 and above.

I tested with a bank recently and they failed the test because the UltmtCdt information should only be provided if different than the Cdt info.  Seeded functionality populates the OU information in both.

I opened an SR, but want to make sure no one is actually live with SEPA on R12 before pushing dev to make changes.
