Trying to add a Barcode to an rtf template

Hi Experts,

We are trying to add a barcode field to an rtf template using 3 of 9 font but it is showing some boxes on the preview output in pdf or rtf. I was thinking that we must not be the first to face this maybe someone has had a similar issue. We installed the font on the local pc and registered the font in Administration on XML Publisher Administrator in EBS R12.1.3 environment.

The font field is showing on the rtf but when we upload data and run a preview some boxes shows on the barcode field.
