2.6 VM Re-imaging process takes significantly less time on the second node (15 mins) than the first

Hello ODA Gurus,

I am in the process of testing VM version in our test ODA v1.
The strange thing is that re-imaging process took 2h on the first node, but 15 minutes for second node.
I have suspicions that the re-imaging process didn't completed successfully on the second node.

I wonder if anyone can help me with the following 2 questions:
a) Is it expected that the re-imaging process takes just 15 minutes on the second node? How much time it should take to re-image each node?
b) Is there any way I can check if all re-imaging process' steps have been completed successively? Are there any log files I can check?
