I would like to understand the advantage of using 'BRM JCA Resource Adapter' over 'BRM Web Service Manager' for integration with J2EE compatible up-stream systems. In both cases I am exposing web-services and someone (middleware) has to write the workflow (say BPEL). I am not considering use of any pre-integration through SOA/AIA. Assume my up-stream system is a in-house developed J2EE system.
