RMAN-06059: expected archived log not found, loss of archived log compromises recoverability

 Hi

Whenever we are trying to backup archivelogs from RMAN might get the following error


how to resolve this below issues ?

current log archived

RMAN-06059: expected archived log not found, loss of archived log compromises recoverability
ORA-19625: error identifying file G:\ARCHIVES\GSCC\ARCHIVELOG\2013_05_08\O1_MF_1_1220_8RM5O419_.ARC
ORA-27041: unable to open file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 2) The system cannot find the file specified.

Any Help highly appericated
