R12 OM sales order Screen,

Hello Friends,

In R12 OM sales order Screen,
The customer LOV screen should be customised to show the Customer and Customer# side by side and Registry ID should be moved aside.

Customer-->Customer#-->Registry ID  must be the order in the LOV

Please find attached the screensot.
