Where to download siebel 8.1.1.5 sea

Hi all,

We are going to upgrade our system like siebel 7.7 sea-> siebel 8.1.1.5 sea - > siebel 8.1.1.10 sia,

Currently, we are preparing server installation, can anyone tell me where to download siebel 8.1.1.5 sea, I can only find siebel 8.1.1.5 sia patches.

And does oracle merge sea and sia together for 8.1.1.5? if so, how can we separate the sea from sia patches.
