MEDIA OBJECT FTP File upload to the server failed and Help link problem

Hi All,

I am getting below error while doing attachment. I defined shared path in P98Moque under HTMLUpload queue without space \\depserver\E910\mediaobj\htmlupload and enabled "use Windows File sharing" option in webruntime and set FTP mode=0 but same problem. I don't know where I am doing mistake. our dep server is on workgroup I gave everyone full permission but no luck and we have weblogic 11g server installed in solaris OS.

I defined the help link path \\depserver\91Help\funchelp\index.htm under the help queue but when I click on help on web it is going to other link "
