X3-2L: ethernet amber led on

Hello all.
I've just noticed the X3-2L system freshly installed and connected in our data centre has the top right led on the ethernet gigabit ports steady on amber.

Reading document http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23393_01/pdf/E23396.pdf at page 13 , I found this means that the interface link should be 100base-T but the dladm show-dev show me something different:

# dladm show-dev
ixgbe0          link: up        speed: 1000  Mbps       duplex: full
ixgbe1          link: up        speed: 1000  Mbps       duplex: full
ixgbe2          link: up        speed: 1000  Mbps       duplex: full
ixgbe3          link: up        speed: 1000  Mbps       duplex: full

even with the kstat I was able to see 1Gbps :
